How long will my order take to arrive?

To serve you better and get the best prices, your order may be shipped from one of our International suppliers. Therefore please allow 7-20 business days for your parcel/s to arrive.

Can I track my order?

Yes, if you need to track your order, simply send us a message and we will let you know the status of order delivery.

What if I want to return an item?

Here at beautyshop.sg our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase. It’s important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered. If an item is faulty or defective as a result of an error by us, you must return it to us in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) and original unopened packaging with invoice immediately.

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. All returned products must be in good condition in its original packaging with invoice. No refund will be issued if there is indication of use.

If returned goods is faulty or damaged due to our error, we will issue you with a full refund, including the return shipping cost within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are issued via the payment method that was used to purchase the goods.

Prior to returning the item, please contact us on email admin@beautyshop.sg and we will guide you through our simple returns process.

Will my order arrive all in one parcel?

Yes, if you have ordered more than one item we will deliver to you in one parcel
